Policy in the Sphere of Quality

The SE  R&PC «PHOTOPRIBOR» is a leading high-tech enterprise in Ukraine. Its main line of business is the development, design and production of optoelectronic and special-purpose equipment, repair and maintenance services and upgrades of earlier designed optoelectronic and special-purpose equipment.

Throughout 50 years passed since its foundation, the enterprise has acquired wide experience in the manufacture of special-purpose equipment. It created its own traditions and established a reputation as a reliable and honest partner with a customer focus.

By advancing this Policy, the top management of the "PHOTOPRIBOR" SE R&PC undertakes responsibility for the compliance of the enterprise quality management system (QMS) with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 international standard, continuous improvement of the quality management system and its effectiveness to satisfy customers' demands and expectations.

The purpose of the enterprise management is to provide the unity of goals and business trends, the creation of conditions under which all the employees can participate in the control process to improve the quality of work for all the personnel.

The tasks set before the enterprise management are as follows:

-   definition of common objectives based on the QMS policy;

-   fulfillment of all the jobs in full compliance with the customers' terms;

-  maintenance of work collective, support of favorable psychological climate to timely reveal problems and provide their effective solution.

The main challenge of the enterprise activity is to provide compliance of the products to the European quality standards.

This is achieved by the following methods:

-  the development of the enterprise facilities and equipment, specifically, renovation and retrofitting of the production line, purchase of new equipment and machinery;

-  improvement of manufacturing efficiency and its competitiveness, cut down on expenditures considering customers' requirements;

-  decision-making which excludes degradation of the products quality according to the requirements specified by the customer and technological documentation;

-  clear definition of each employee's responsibility for the development of products in full compliance with customers' requirements;

-  systematic refresher training of the personnel;

-  attendance and participation in regional, republican, international thematic exhibitions relevant to the enterprise products;

-   regular monitoring of current and perspective requirements and expectations of the customers and their contentment with our products and services;

- establishment of mutually beneficial relations with the suppliers based on trust and partnership.

The enterprise management is based on system approach to processes control. The system approach aims at continual improvement of the enterprise activity, data and information analysis, effective decision-making.

The managerial staff of the SE R&PC "PHOTOPRIBOR" assumes responsibility for the implementation of the above policy, its understanding and support by all the enterprise employees.
